What can I book online?
Boiler maintenance is bookable online in seconds — pick a slot and pay securely. For everything else (chimney sweeping, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, extensions, bathrooms, painting, floor sanding, snag lists) just call us or use the contact form for a free quote and we’ll arrange it.
What areas do you cover?
We serve Cork City and County — including Cork City, Midleton, Macroom, Carrigaline, Cobh, Castletownroche and surrounding areas. Not sure if you’re covered? Get in touch and we’ll let you know.
How much does membership cost?
Membership is a flat €150 per year. It includes one free callout a year (the visit and standard service — parts and extra labour are quoted separately), member pricing on every job, priority booking ahead of the public, and members-only evening slots. It does not include 24/7 emergency cover. You can cancel anytime.
Are you registered?
Yes. We’re Registered Gas Installers (RGII), with registered tradespeople across plumbing, electrical and carpentry. You get the proper certificates where they’re required — for example boiler service and chimney sweep certificates for your insurance.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Members get callouts included as part of their plan. For non-members we’ll always be clear on pricing before any work starts — no surprise charges.
How quickly can you come out?
We aim for same-week response Monday to Saturday, and members get priority for genuine emergencies. Book online for the next available boiler service, or call us for chimney sweeping and urgent jobs.
How do I pay?
Online bookings are paid securely at the time of booking. For larger jobs quoted by phone, we’ll agree the payment terms with you up front.
What if you find a problem during a service?
We’ll explain it clearly and quote any extra work before doing anything. If it’s a safety issue we’ll make it safe and tell you why. No work happens without your say-so.
