Terms of Service.

1. Bookings.

Booking a service on ebohomerescue.ie creates a binding agreement once payment is taken. We will confirm by email immediately. The price you see at booking is the price you pay; we do not add charges without explicit prior agreement.

2. Cancellation and refunds.

• 24 hours or more before the slot: full refund, processed automatically to your card (5–10 business days).
• Less than 24 hours before: no refund.
• Members using a free callout: no charge applies; cancelling returns the free callout to your account.
• If we cancel: 100% refund, plus a discount on a rebooking.

3. Membership.

• Membership is restricted to County Cork (validated by Eircode at signup).
• Each billing period includes 1 free callout. Unused callouts do not roll over.
• Membership renews automatically each year. You may cancel anytime via your account or by emailing us.
• 14-day cooling-off: if you cancel within 14 days of joining, you get a full refund and membership ends immediately.
• After 14 days: no refund, but you keep all membership benefits until the end of your paid year, after which it will not renew.
• If you move outside the service area mid-membership, contact us — we'll refund or transfer as fair.

4. Service quality.

All work is performed by a Registered Gas Installer (RGII) where required by law. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

5. Limitation of liability.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

6. Governing law.

These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
