I had to replace my roof, repoint gable walls, repair chimney and other fun little things that we discovered on the journey. I got in a few different companies for a quote, and EBO had the highest quote but they were also the ones that came across as having put the most thought into their quote based on their initial inspection. In the end I went with them because I felt safe with them — and I am so glad I did. EBO were always transparent and responsive with regards to “new” issues and how they would affect the timeline and the price. Joe in particular was an absolute rock throughout this, and himself and Mike always took the time to explain what different options actually mean so I could make informed decisions. The team was so considerate about limiting disruption, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and were great and respectful with my cats. I will happily recommend them to friends and colleagues.
