What's included.
1 free callout a year
Included with your membership and renewed each year. A callout covers the visit and the standard service. Any parts or extra labour are quoted separately before we start. Unused callouts don't roll over.
Member pricing on every job
Boiler service drops from €140 to €120, and members get our best price on everything else we quote.
Priority booking
You get first pick of the diary ahead of the public, including members-only evening slots (5–8pm).

Please note: membership does not include 24/7 emergency cover. It gives you priority booking and members-only appointment slots during our normal working week.
